Le canal de Chambly, ouvert à la navigation commerciale depuis 1843, accueille maintenant les bateaux de plaisance. Écluses en escalier uniques au Québec. Entrée gratuite.

À parcourir à pied ou à vélo, 20 kilomètres de l'ancien chemin de halage où autrefois des chevaux tiraient des barges chargées de bois ou de charbon.

Patinoire naturelle accessible gratuitement à tous, dès que les conditions le permettent.


The Canal de Chambly was inaugurated and opened for navigation in 1843 and is now used for pleasure craft. The only stair locks in Québec. Free admission.

Walk or cycle along a 20-km former horse path where, in colonial days, horses would tow barges laden with timber and coal.

Natural skating rink open to all. Free of charge. Weather permitting.
